Eye-catching Handpainted Batik Tote-style Bag!

Unique, gorgeous, and practical!

Completely drawn & painted by hand using the wax-resist technique of batik 

  • 4 versions! 1) Black-headed caique on one side, 2) Black-headed caique on one side. Background color is orange. Sorry, no pics yet. 3) White-bellied caique on one side, 4) Both sides batiked - one side with the BHC, and the other has a WBC
  • Top zipper + inside a large zippered pocket 
  • Batiked onto cotton fabric
  • Liner - polyester
    • Quilted!  With polyester batting to give a 3D effect
    • Fully lined
    • Measurements: Approximately 15.75" across the middle, Slightly wider at the top, and narrower at the bottom. 17" tall. Drop-handle approx 13".

    Care instructions: Hand or machine wash in cool or warm water with similarly colored items. Hang to dry or in a dryer set to cool or warm.

    Please note! Customers have advised me that they love their Black-headed caique bags but the background is red, not a pink color as shown in most of the photos.

      Beautiful!

      My gosh this is just so nice and I was very surprised how quickly it arrived. I just love it! I caanot take my Maui everywhere I go but I can take this tote to remind me of how special she is. I would love to get one of my Suncheek named Tashi. I will be checking from time to time to see if you have added the suncheeks. Very happy with my purchase.

      Beautiful

      Beautiful bag, well made, love the top zipper. Very sturdy and useful interest world of reusable bags versus disposale. The picture looks like the bag is pink but it is actually red.
