Refund/Exchange Policy Page
If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem!
1) If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will replace it at no charge if we still have one in stock. All we ask is that you send us a photo via email or Facebook Messenger. If it is out of stock, we will offer you an exchange with a same-priced item, full store credit, or a full refund. The choice is yours!
2) If you're not pleased with your item, please contact us within 21 days of receipt of order via email and explain the situation. All items for return must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from customer damage. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction! Options include:
a) Return for exchange
b) Return for store credit
c) Return for full refund.
The choice is yours!
Exceptions: If the product page states the item is a FINAL SALE AND NO RETURNS ACCEPTED, this supersedes policy #2 as listed above.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
